At Reach, we are committed to treating customers fairly and operating in full compliance with consumer protection laws. If you believe you have experienced or observed a business practice by Reach that may be unfair, deceptive, or abusive, you may use this form to report it directly to our Compliance team.

UDAAP stands for Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices. These categories are defined and enforced under federal consumer protection law and are most clearly outlined by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). You can learn more about UDAAP and its legal definitions on the CFPB’s official website.

What Can Be Reported

You may use this form to report concerns involving:

  • Unfair practices – Causing substantial harm to consumers that is not reasonably avoidable and not outweighed by benefits
  • Deceptive practices – Misleading or likely to mislead a reasonable consumer, especially through omission or misrepresentation
  • Abusive practices – Interfering with a consumer’s understanding of a product or service, or taking unreasonable advantage of their situation, such as through confusion, coercion, or exploitation
