My name is Blagovest Kamenoff, and I'm the co-founder and the ex-CMO of SaberMasters. It's a company selling very high quality lightsabers to the Star Wars community.
We are in our fourth year of operation so far and we've grown massively, mainly through social media and selling on Shopify. Before partnering with Reach, we were in a pretty tough situation because we had over $80,000 in holds right before Q4, since we had to start everything from scratch - new merchant accounts, new payment processors, and we had to build this credibility, even though we had already processed millions and millions of revenue through our previous payment processors. We don't have that many credit card options in Europe, so we were pretty limited in terms of capital, and there was pretty much no exit.
Reach came in very, very clutch because the onboarding was pretty quick. We resolved the issue with the previous payment processor so we had the liquidity that we needed and quickly through Reach we were able to get back on track, ...
