Worldpay, now part of Global Payments, is an industry-leading payments technology and solutions company that powers omni-commerce for businesses of all sizes worldwide.

Processing over 94 billion transactions worth more than $3.7 trillion annually across more than 175 countries, Worldpay delivers seamless payment acceptance, online, in-store, and everywhere in between, for merchants from independent retailers to global enterprises.

Reach will process transactions through Worldpay using local bank accounts, giving merchants access to minimized FX and cross-border costs. The combination will enable merchants to scale into new markets without establishing their own local entities or managing multi-currency settlements.
